The Artist
Throughout her 40-year career, April Davis has continued to present a unique perspective through her work. By using her inherent talent as an artist, she focuses on bringing out the beauty and tranquility of a specific scene.
April finds her artistic inspiration in the splendor of nature. Since moving to Florida 20 years ago, she has become known for her brilliant tropical landscapes and seascapes.
Born and raised in New York City, April holds a MFA from Indiana University in Bloomington. April's work has been exhibited in galleries, museums and private collections throughout the country.
"My philosophy on art and life is the same," she explains. "Do something are passionate about, and create joy and peace for yourself and those around you. This is what I strive for in my life and in every work of art I create."
April works and exhibits at her gallery on US 1 in Jupiter, Florida as well as outdoor ART Festivals throughout the Southeast.
